We are available for you to shop in store! The Diana Vincent team is excited to announce to all of our customers that we are open to the public. So grab your favorite colored face mask (because we all have a wardrobe of them by now) and swing by the store to peruse or simply just say hi!
If you plan on coming in to discuss a lengthy project like purchasing an engagement ring or wedding band, remounting a diamond, or a custom design we ask you call in advance to set up an appointment time. This allows for our team to both monitor and space interactions, giving you our full attention. We ask you come prepared wearing a face mask. There will be face masks available as well as hand sanitizer at the door for your convenience.
We will continue to service our customers in a way they feel most comfortable. If coming in to the store is not an option, please give us a call and let us know how we can help you! PICK UP OR DROP OFF
No need to get out of your car! Our Washington Crossing location is conveniently setup up for an easy curb side pick up or drop off. If you shop online, live locally and need your purchase quickly, our team is here to have everything boxed and beautifully bagged for you to swing by and simply pick up. Just give us a call when you arrive and we will bring your gift right to your car.
If you have jewelry repairs that have been sitting around and you finally have the time to get them fixed, we can easily take in jobs and service your jewelry whether you want to come in the building or not. Once again we request you call in advance to preface the repairs by briefly explaining what the item is you need repaired. This allows for our team to have the right tools on hand and a time to anticipate your arrival.

Shopping online for jewelry can be difficult, so to ease any uncertainty that you have our team is here in the building to assist you in picking out the perfect Diana Vincent design. Have a question about how a particular piece looks on? We can simply send you images of jewelry on and inform you about the special details and features of any design. We are here to make recommendations helping you find the perfect gift for any event or price point. Not sure about a finger size? No problem, we can ship ring sizers directly to you, so you know the ring will be the perfect fit!
